Yes. We sell direct to the public via our online store.

Once you have placed an order via our website, you will immediately receive confirmation email regarding your purchase. If there are any changes/errors, please notify us via email at hello@scarlettandjola.com.au for any changes that are to be made to original purchase. If your order has already been processed, Scarlett & Jola Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.

We use Expressed Delivery or Standard Delivery Express Delivery, the items will be posted out the same day of ordering Standard Delivery, the items will be posted within 1-2 working days Items that are on backorder “sold out” the items will be sent once items are back in stock. If separate orders are to be placed to different address details, then orders will have to be placed separately.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. For incorrect delivery addresses, there will be a charge of $15 for reposting.

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment. All deliveries are shipped express. Yes we do ship all our products worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout & are based on delivery address & weight of item.

Due to Covid-19 shipping times will vary. Within Australia, your items might be delayed by 2-5 business days due to transit reasons. Internationally, your items might be delayed by 10-14 working days due to reduced flights & transit reasons. Asia Pacific Regions will be despatched from Scareltt & Jola Warehouse.

Yes. We will always dispatch in-stock items asap and backorder items until available. If you wish to receive items in the one delivery, please specify this in comments field when placing order.

Machine wash in cold water or hand wash. Wash colours with like for like colourways. No tumble dry, No Bleach. Dry in shaded area to avoid colour fading.
